

Jordan Palmer
(she/they) is a multidisciplinary theater artist based in New York City. Regional acting credits include Wolf Play (Brown/Trinity Rep), Driving in Circles (Boston Playwrights' Theater), and Igor Golyak's The Merchant of Venice (Actors' Shakespeare Project). She has originated roles with The Huntington, Fresh Ink Theater Co., Legion Theater Co., The Ridiculous Project, and Rat Queen Theater Co. A physical actor at heart, Jordan's practice and coaching combine clown and bande mimé (Lecoq), BodyMind Centering, Linklater Voice Work, and Grotowski movement research, informed by the training and aesthetics of Double Edge Theater (Ashfield, MA). As a music director and songwriter, she has worked throughout the Northeast and New England, composing and directing for traditional theater, devised performance, and educational settings. She has trained with Double Edge Theater, Shakespeare & Company (Lenox, MA), and The Linklater Center (Orkney, Scotland). She holds a BFA in Contemporary Theater from Boston Conservatory at Berklee, where she trained as a part of the program's inaugural class.
